I had a wonderful stay at Waldorf Astoria. The hotel is simply breathtaking and the rooms are stunning. The property is clean and beautifully decorated. The view of the cornish from my room was lovely. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the in-room dining was top-notch. The buffet at the Hilton was also quite good, especially the manakish. The location of the hotel is excellent, and I was able to use all the guest services from the adjacent Hilton Jeddah. I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers or anyone visiting Jeddah.

every thing was wonderful good staf luxury feeling and very calm and romantic I recemend it to all, and hopefully I'll do it again.

We had a wonderful time staying at a hotel in this amazing palace. The hotel facilities were excellent with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The location on the Red sea provided a lovely view of the cornish. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and friendly staff.

there is no cups or water heater for tea inside the room

the location was stunning, placed right on the coast of the Red Sea. We were in awe of this truly mesmerizing palace. Our room was impeccable and the bathroom was like our own private spa. the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs. Breakfast was sumptuous with a vast array of options. We even had complimentary tea and coffee services. the amenities in the room were top, notch, with a huge flat screen and state, of, the, art sound system.

One minor issue was the lack of freely available Wi, Fi throughout the hotel.

Marvelous rooms & decoration

No one to attend your car!! Unless you call someone from inside. Breakfast was included in the room but you have to go to the other building..I Was not informed by reception during registration & I had to discover this by myself!!

Luxurious stay with personalized butler services. Felt like royalty in a palace. Staff were very kind and polite. The view was amazing and facilities were top-notch. Restaurants served excellent food and drinks.

Service could have been better from check-in to butler service. Some amenities were outdated and needed upgrading.

The location was great! We had a beautiful view of the sea and there was easy access to neighboring hotels. We also appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee that was served by our butler. the bathroom was really nice and spacious, and we loved having a private spa to relax in.

Our overall experience was not great. the room was far too over-the-top and flashy for our taste, making it difficult to feel comfortable.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that fulfilled my luxurious needs. the service was exceptional and the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi.

The only minor issue I encountered was the location being a bit far from the city center.
